About 48 hours before departure we usually create a WhatsApp group that connects you with the local guide and, on shared trips, the other travelers. That is where final meeting points, weather updates and last-minute details are shared, so you arrive already knowing who you are travelling with.

For most trips, no special training is needed. Activities suit travelers with average mobility and general fitness, and harder excursions such as longer hikes are marked clearly.
