Quite simply this is the finest place we have ever stayed. The staff are exceptional. The accommodation is fantastic. The food is phenomenal. The views are amazing. Everything is superb. A wonderful experience. And, just to say again, the quality of staff is exceptional. Friendly. Efficient. Full of information. Enthusiastic. Ever helpful. All are brilliant.

We went on our honeymoon and had an incredible stay. The place where the camp is located is a wonder, sleeping in yurts is a unique experience, the food was delicious and the excursions were very entertaining. But, without a doubt, what we take away most from this experience are the people. Everyone was incredibly kind, always with an excellent attitude and a genuine concern for making us feel good and enjoy every moment. An unforgettable experience and a place we would love to return to!

Patagonia Camp is a DREAM hotel. From the moment they receive you at the transfer until you leave on the last day, they look after you, caring about every detail and about you being content and happy in Patagonia. The atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant, and the way everyone treats each other is so good that they convey a lot of happiness to the guests. Every day spent at the hotel is a new surprise, the menu and the cocktails get better each time, and the care of the yurts also reflects the quality of the hotel. You won't regret going. Now I have Patagonia Camp depression! I hope to come back soon. PS: the best were the brownies as a snack!

What an extraordinary resort in an extraordinary location. Customer service (from everyone) was A+. The camp facilities are beautiful and the yurts are so warm and comfortable. (Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in in). Food and drink quality is excellent, and the cocktail selection incredible. And as for the experience, knowledge, and joy from the hiking guides - I could not fault them. The organisation of the hiking in the national park is brilliant … briefings, transfers, lunch stops, hospitality - everything is taken care of with pleasure. The views, mountains, lakes, wildlife - it’s all just as you expect from pictures that you’ve seen …. But way better.

An incredible experience in a wonderful setting like Chilean Patagonia, but above all, I want to highlight the staff. The bartenders are masters of mixology, the kitchen offers a complete gastronomic proposal, the guides are professional and experienced, and the service team is extremely attentive and very kind. This boutique hotel delivered beyond expectations. Luxury yurts nestled in the terrain outside Torrres Del Paine National Park were nicely appointed. The views stunning. The food excellent and surprisingly creative featuring classic beef and lamb and all manner of seafood. The staff were the jewels of the experience. Professional, courteous, friendly, engaging and genuinely interested in guests having a lovely experience. From our arrival to departure we were well cared for. A special recommendation for excellence to Rosia, a member of the reception team and to the incredible duo of Anto and Ramiro who guided our hikes and drove us across incredible terrain. Anto made our hikes sing! We would love to return.

We spent four nights at Estancia Cerro Guido in early October and really enjoyed our stay. The setting is beautiful. The estancia is vast, and at times, it felt as though we were completely alone in the landscape. The area is also full of native wildlife. The new main building and restaurant are lovely, with large windows that make the most of the views. Our room was on the small side, but charming and comfortable, and housekeeping was very attentive. What stood out most was the service. Everyone we met was warm and helpful, and the activities were genuinely tailored to what we wanted to do. We had mentioned that we preferred shorter hikes with beautiful views, wanted to spend time with the animals, and were keen to try horseback riding despite having no previous experience. Our guide, Jorge, did an excellent job planning our days around those interests. We visited the conservation project, went on some lovely hikes, tried horseback riding for the first time (and liked it enough to go again), and spent time with the gaucho Ricardo, watching him and his dogs work with the sheep. It never felt like we were following a set itinerary. The whole team, from reception and the activity staff to the stable team, restaurant staff and drivers, was excellent. Everything worked smoothly. I also loved being around all the animals: the dogs, horses, cats, Manolo the cow and Juanito the sheep. We ate very well throughout our stay, and the traditional barbecues and charcuterie were especially memorable. We even had a special asado by the stables, which was one of the highlights of the trip. What makes Cerro Guido special is that it offers two sides of Patagonia: the mountains, hiking trails and wildlife of Torres del Paine, as well as the traditions and everyday life of a working estancia. Staying at Cerro Guido means you don’t have to choose between first-class service and character.

We had an exceptional stay at Estancia Cerro Guido. It is in a breathtaking location and is all the more special as it combines luxury accommodation and dining with active conservation projects and a fully working livestock ranch. Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to make our stay special. We saw so much wildlife (pumas, condors, armadillo), hiked thorough the snow then back to an outpost for beef stew, went horse riding with gauchos to check on livestock and finished every day with a Pisco Sour at the bar.

Amazing cruise. Enjoyed the wild nature, I saw pink river dolphins, sloths (including a mother and baby!), caimans, anacondas, monkeys, and countless beautiful birds. We also had fun activities, like fishing, swimming in the amazon river, canoeing, visiting to the local village and fun breakfast / drinks on the skiff! But what made this trip truly special was the people. There were also many moments when the crew went above and beyond in small ways — helping with special food requests, accommodating unexpected situations, and simply remembering little things. I also appreciated how flexible and human the service felt. The entire crew member genuinely wanted guests to have a good experience. They even celebrated mid-autumn festival for me & other fellow asian passengers by making mooncake for us! They truly researched the recipe!! The Amazon gave me extraordinary wildlife and scenery, but this cruise gave me days full of human connection, kindness, laughter, and little acts of generosity. Thank you to the entire team for making this journey so memorable. We did the 7 days Lares Trek and our guide was Raul. This trip was amazing from booking, start to finish. The lodges and partner accommodations were super nice. Our favorite lodge was Huacahausi...charming village, beautiful hiking and ending the day with a soak in our private hot tub with an unbelievable view of stars was unforgettable. We loved the flexibility of being able to pick between cultural activities and active activities the night before depending on how we were feeling. Our guide added so much depth to our experience and understanding of Peruvian history and culture! My favorite experience was hiking through a village and handing out bread to the local kids and saying hello. A child's smile will brighten your day no matter what. We learned so much and loved the scenery and visiting so many archeological sites! Every meal was amazing. We are so spoiled I don't know how we are going to go back to eating our regular food ;-)
