No Deserto do Atacama, o programa é caminhar, acampar e observar as estrelas.

Rooms were spacious, well heated, and furniture inside was organized well. Bed very comfortable. The Ecocamp is situated in a great position within the national park, with convenient access to the day expedition sites that are offered. The surrounding area is very peaceful and relaxing. Combined with the wi-fi free experience that is promoted, makes for a uniquely serene stay. Food far surpassed my expectations, both in terms of quality/taste and variety of offerings for how relatively remote this place is. The offering of expeditions including Miradores (lookouts), Estancia (ranch), Grey Glacier, and Base of the Towers hike were excellent and offered a wonderful variety of different experiences each day. A highlight of the trip for us were the very knowledgeable, engaging, and friendly guides that accompanied us on the tours.

What a wonderful experience! My wife and brother in law wanted to see Torres del Paine and picked EcoCamp Patagonia as our hotel. It was amazing to have an all-inclusive package nestled under the shadow of the Towers -- what an amazing location! We did the 7 day package, which included 5 days of activities and two days of transit to and from the airport. When we got to Puerto Natales, there was a tour guide that picked us up and got us situated at their office. We were then driven to EcoCamp and shown our accommodations (a suite). For being located in the park itself, the amenities were great, with clean and comfortable bedding and our own private bathroom. The dome structure was amazing for making us feel immersed in nature, with Patagonia's high speed winds being clearly audible while we were nestled in our warm and comfy beds. As far as glamping goes, this was top-notch. The food provided was scrumptous. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options, which is no small feat considering that we were isolated in a national park! Lunch came from the same buffet, as we would pack a meal to take on our daily excursions. When we came back, we were treated to appetizers and drinks, then a 3 course meal! I definitely gained more weight than I lost on our hikes. The excursions were excellent and well thought out. Given that we were there during shoulder season, there were less guests on each tour, and aside from the three of us, we would have at most 1 or 2 other guests join us on a specific excursion. This meant a lot of quality time with the guides and a lot of flexibility in doing excursions or detours that we wanted. Specific highlights of our trip included the Miradores excursion, seeing Gray Glacier up close, the Estancia day (the best lamb we've ever had!) and Bases trek -- so pretty much any and all of the excursions. The guides (and drivers) were top-notch as well! All of them were deeply passionate about Patagonia and the outdoors, and they did their best to provide us with the context and knowledge required to truly appreciate what we were immersed in. Often, we would pull off to the side of the road to observe wildlife that they spotted with their keen eyes. Shout out to Mona, Rodrigo, Gonzalo, and Francisco for being wonderful guides and to all the drivers who kept us safe on the bumpy roads! Overall, it was an amazing experience and by the end of it, we felt a bit more connected to Patagonia and nature. It was amazing to see the night sky so clearly or to have the Towers framed so wonderfully in snow. It's also clear how much everybody, from the guides to the maintenance staff, cared about the guests having a great experience and left with an appreciation of Patagonia.

My husband and I completed the 5-day W-Trek experience with EcoCamp and it was incredible! It was an intense 3 days of hiking due to the limited daylight of late April, but so worth it for the dramatic landscapes with the beautiful contrast of snow capped mountains and autumnal flora. Our guides Cris and Jean were exceptional, knew exactly when to layer up or down and managed all paces within the group exceptionally well. They were professional but also had a great sense of humour to keep up all going. The trip was so well organised by EcoCamp, the meals provided were delicious and options extensive to suit any diet and appetite - I loved that we got to pack our own lunch and snacks to go in the morning. I also really liked the sustainability focus of EcoCamp and being completely offline. Could not fault anything, would highly recommend this!

This was probably the best trip of my life! We did the 5-Day W-Trek at the end of April and it was the experience of a lifetime. All the guides were incredible, knowledgable, personable, and I never felt unprepared for the day (Special shoutout to our guide Hans, our trip would not have been the same without him!). Everything truly exceeded my expectations, from the domes to the food and the service. I could not say better things about our trek and our stay with EcoCamp. Would recommend it 10000x over again!

The agency Travel and EcoCamp Patagonia delivered one of the best hiking experiences I’ve ever had. My wife, our two friends, and I traveled all the way from Asia for a 4-night stay at EcoCamp followed by the W Trek, and from start to finish, Patagonia absolutely impressed us. As someone who has hiked in many countries and mountains over 10–15 major trips, I can honestly say this ranks among the very best. The staff at EcoCamp were fantastic — warm, helpful, and professional throughout. The accommodations allowed us to truly rest well before and after long hiking days, which made a huge difference. The food overall was very good, especially breakfast and dinner. My only real suggestion would be to improve the lunch boxes for hiking days — they were a bit too heavy and not always ideal for trekking. Simpler, lighter options like sandwiches would probably suit hikers much better since you often don’t have much time (or appetite) for a large lunch on the trail. A huge shoutout to our guides, Martin and Angel — they were absolutely incredible. Funny, humble, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely made the experience even more memorable. Our whole group loved them. What really stood out was the logistics on the ground. The biggest area for improvement is pre-trip communication. Before departure, some logistics were unclear — airport pickups, transportation details, and post-trek transfers (especially onward travel) could have been communicated much better. We often felt like we needed backup plans just in case. Thankfully, everything worked out smoothly, but clearer communication beforehand would reduce unnecessary stress. Even a simple 30-minute call after booking to walk guests through logistics and transportation would make a huge difference. Overall, despite some mixed reviews online, our personal experience was exceptional. I would absolutely recommend them, especially for travelers coming from far away who want a well-organized Patagonia experience. With just a bit more clarity before the trip, this could easily be close to perfect.

So we stay at the suite dome. The experience overall is great. Location is the best right under the feet of the mountain with easy access to so many trails. Food is fantastic. They have a heavy focus on vegetarian and vegan options so I count like 1 animal protein option a night. We eat a wide variety of things so find it no problem but I can see for some people it can be a problem. The dome itself is actually better than I think. For 4 out of 5 nights they are absolutely beautiful when it’s not too windy. However for one night when we caught the storm you can feel the bed is moving with the wind and we did not manage to sleep that night so you should keep that in mind given how unpredictable the weather is. The service is great overall including the tours. Happy with the whole experience.

There was an element of serendipity in me having two separate encounters with a female puma with her subadult. As if I wasn't blown away already, I was also privileged enough to catch a sighting of a mature male puma (which is very difficult). However, I have to say these encounters would not have been possible without the exceptional tracking skills of Jose. Not only is he exceptional at his work but he's also great company! Catalina was the guide and was also brilliant in providing additional knowledge of puma and other wildlife in the park. ISO really do work very hard and demonstrate great skills and patience in tracking puma. I would highly recommend doing at least 3 days as the sightings and activity of puma is very unpredictable. I also got to see other wildlife like foxes and a pygmy owl! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience ! Thanks ISO !

They organize all the details, all the bookings, accommodation and food on the trek and transportation to and from Torres del Paine. They have a great app which you can use before and during the trip that has all your documents, the trip description day by day, the route on the map, and any details you need (like reservation numbers). They are super well organized and I really appreciated all the assistance in making my W trek in Torres del Paine as good as can be. Their communication before the trip was excellent and all logistical details taken care of. I really appreciated their care and thoughtfulness.

My wife and I booked the oddly-named Wildlife Safari -- four days and three nights that for all practical purposes is two and a half days and three nights -- meeting up with another couple of friends who got there a few days earlier for more extensive W trekking. I say oddly-named, because it wasn't any more wildlife focused that a longer stay. But we love the superior dome lodging, just fantastic, the serious commitment to sustainability and eco-friendliness, plentiful and mostly delicious food, and the relaxed vibe of the whole place. Our first full day excursion to Grey Lake was good, not amazing (lots of time in the van) but a good warmup. Our second day -- the 10-hour Torres Base Trek -- was spectacular. While there was some initial confusion on our departure logistics, when we were unexpectedly told we would have to pay for private transportation for an early morning departure, to their great credit EcoCamp acknowledged the mistake was theirs and refunded our transportation expense to Punta Arenas. It took a few weeks, but they got it done. That took them from 4 stars to 5 in my book.

Trilhas, camping e observação do céu do Atacama

Quer esticar as férias?
