Circuito W em 5 dias: trekking guiado em Torres del Paine

Chile
4 Noites·5 Dias

“My husband and I completed the 5-day W-Trek experience with EcoCamp and it was incredible! It was an intense 3 days of hiking due to the limited daylight of late April, but so worth it for the dramatic landscapes with the beautiful contrast of snow capped mountains and autumnal flora. Our guides Cris and Jean were exceptional, knew exactly when to layer up or down and managed all paces within the group exceptionally well. They were professional but also had a great sense of humour to keep up all going. The trip was so well organised by EcoCamp, the meals provided were delicious and options extensive to suit any diet and appetite - I loved that we got to pack our own lunch and snacks to go in the morning. I also really liked the sustainability focus of EcoCamp and being completely offline. Could not fault anything, would highly recommend this!”

“This was probably the best trip of my life! We did the 5-Day W-Trek at the end of April and it was the experience of a lifetime. All the guides were incredible, knowledgable, personable, and I never felt unprepared for the day (Special shoutout to our guide Hans, our trip would not have been the same without him!). Everything truly exceeded my expectations, from the domes to the food and the service. I could not say better things about our trek and our stay with EcoCamp. Would recommend it 10000x over again!”

“The agency Travel and EcoCamp Patagonia delivered one of the best hiking experiences I’ve ever had. My wife, our two friends, and I traveled all the way from Asia for a 4-night stay at EcoCamp followed by the W Trek, and from start to finish, Patagonia absolutely impressed us. As someone who has hiked in many countries and mountains over 10–15 major trips, I can honestly say this ranks among the very best. The staff at EcoCamp were fantastic — warm, helpful, and professional throughout. The accommodations allowed us to truly rest well before and after long hiking days, which made a huge difference. The food overall was very good, especially breakfast and dinner. My only real suggestion would be to improve the lunch boxes for hiking days — they were a bit too heavy and not always ideal for trekking. Simpler, lighter options like sandwiches would probably suit hikers much better since you often don’t have much time (or appetite) for a large lunch on the trail. A huge shoutout to our guides, Martin and Angel — they were absolutely incredible. Funny, humble, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely made the experience even more memorable. Our whole group loved them. What really stood out was the logistics on the ground. The biggest area for improvement is pre-trip communication. Before departure, some logistics were unclear — airport pickups, transportation details, and post-trek transfers (especially onward travel) could have been communicated much better. We often felt like we needed backup plans just in case. Thankfully, everything worked out smoothly, but clearer communication beforehand would reduce unnecessary stress. Even a simple 30-minute call after booking to walk guests through logistics and transportation would make a huge difference. Overall, despite some mixed reviews online, our personal experience was exceptional. I would absolutely recommend them, especially for travelers coming from far away who want a well-organized Patagonia experience. With just a bit more clarity before the trip, this could easily be close to perfect.”

“My friends and I recently did the short W-trek and stayed at EcoCamp. I was very happy with the decision to book with them and stay at EcoCamp rather than hiking hut to hut. Even the standard domes are quite comfortable, the community areas fun and inviting and the food was terrific. Additionally, the guides they selected for our trek (Paola and Tammy)were really helpful, knowledgeable and fun. Lastly, we were able to book a private late departure so that we could hike most of the leg of the W-trek that was not included in this package on our last day.”

— Faye M

“This was an amazing trip - our superior dome and food was great and our guides did an amazing job with our group. We would not have had any where near the experience we did had we attempted to hike the W trek on our own. Would highly recommend eco camp!”

“Had a wonderful time on the 5 day W with Ecocamp. Our lead guide, Victor, and assistant Chris were fantastic. They kept us on schedule to get the best of every day and pointed out things we never would have seen without their support. . Logistics throughout the entire trip were perfectly timed, which is not an easy task.”

“We did the 5 day W trek and had an amazing time. We tend to avoid group tours and packages like this but since booking transport, park entry, refugios etc yourself is actually not that much cheaper and bit of a hassle, we decided to go with EcoCamp. Yes its expensive (by Australian standards) but we thought it was worth every cent. Personally I think its one of greatest holiday experiences I've ever done. From the start all the staff were very friendly, welcoming and spoke excellent English. We upgraded to a Dome Suite which was really comfortable and spacious. The camp itself is set high up with amazing views and gets beautiful sunrises. Our guides Javien and Tami were brilliant. They were really knowledgeable about all the terrain, flora and fauna of the park and both very passionate about Torres del Paine - they made all our hikes so much more enjoyable. The hikes were all amazing but being fit is a must as they are challenging at times. For the one night you stay at Refugio Vertice Paine Grande we upgraded to a dorm, expecting to be sharing with many people. Surpringly we were in a room to ourselves which was great! We'd recommend spending the extra to upgrade here as you'll want a comfortable bed after hiking more than 20km that day. The food at Eco Camp deserves a special mention - its excellent. Dinner each night was 3 courses of restaurant quality food. Breakfast each morning was equally impressive and they let you make your own packed lunch from a large array of food. We never went hungry! (The food at Vertice Paine Grande is not as good but youre in the middle of the park so its fine for what it is). All in all we don't think we can fault anything from our 5 days and would highly recommend EcoCamp for an amazing experience in Torres del Paine!”
