Brazil
5 Nights·6 Days

Overview

The 6-day itinerary known as Brazil's Route of Emotions explores the striking landscapes of the country’s Northeast region. This road journey crosses the states of Maranhão, Piauí, and Ceará, connecting a series of iconic cities and coastal destinations.

Deep contact with nature and thrilling adventure activities are the main highlights at every stop of this journey. In the state of Maranhão, travelers explore the breathtaking Lençóis Maranhenses National Park in 4×4 vehicles and take scenic speedboat tours along the Preguiças River. During these expeditions, visitors can hike across vast expanses of white sand dunes and swim in crystal-clear rainwater lagoons.

The region's unique beauty and spirit of adventure continue to impress as the journey moves forward. In Piauí, the primary attraction is the stunning Parnaíba Delta, where a boat safari through winding water channels allows for the majestic sunset flight of the scarlet ibises (guarás). Finally, in Jericoacoara, Ceará, the excitement builds with buggy rides along the beaches and dunes, including visits to wind-sculpted rock formations and relaxing moments in the turquoise waters of natural pools.

  • Full itinerary: 4x4 Lagoa Azul dune circuit, Preguiças River speedboat, Parnaíba Delta boat safari, Jericoacoara dune-buggy tour, and beach-hopping across three states.
