Most days, the lesson is held at Engenhoca beach, with departure from EasyDrop at 7:00 AM. Each lesson is a single session of about 2 hours and 20 minutes in the water. The rest of the beach time is split between gear preparation, stretching and warm-up, and practical surf drills on the sand.

On a day with this schedule, you're back at EasyDrop around 12:00 PM (noon). From Monday to Friday, the video seminar follows right after and runs about 1 hour, so you're typically free for other activities by 1:00 PM.

On Saturdays, there's no video seminar — we run a photo session instead of filming the lesson.
