What I experienced exceeded all expectations! Our guide was a pioneer in opening up the trails in the Jalapão and including people from quilombola communities in the itineraries, and he's still one of the only ones (unfortunately). We were taken by him against the flow of the dozens of groups from the other agencies, so we always found the attractions with few people and could enjoy them calmly and quietly. We were able to visit the paradisiacal and little-visited places of the Jalapão on unforgettable trails through the Cerrado. Rafting on the Rio Novo with our guide and his team was one of the (many!) icing on the cake. Thanks to everyone involved in providing this unforgettable experience! …read more read lessDate of Experience: April 21, 2024

I wanted to get to know the Jalapão by hiking (and not just with a 4x4 vehicle), immerse myself in the nature of the cerrado and have direct contact with the quilombola communities. The agency provided all this and much more, exceeding all expectations! The care taken in choosing the itinerary and the in-depth knowledge of the region allowed us to visit the attractions against the flow of dozens of agencies, so that we arrived practically alone and were able to enjoy the paradisiacal places in silence and tranquillity. We were taken to places that few people visit on foot (unfortunately!) by the pioneer of eco-tourism and tourism in the communities of the Jalapão, (founder of the agency) and his team, who showed us a side of the Jalapão that other agencies don't offer (a shame!). His love for the Cerrado and his respect for the local people touch the heart and inspire us to live differently! It was a very transformative experience! An immersion in the Jalapão with the right to boils, waterfalls, dunes and a lagoon. from BrazilDecember 21, 2022Without a doubt, my best trip of its kind. The landscapes, the script, the organization. Even the rain couldn’t stop it. A strong point of the trip: the concept of sustainable tourism with the integration Without a doubt, my best trip of its kind. The landscapes, the script, the organization. Even the rain couldn’t stop it. A strong point of the trip: the concept of sustainable tourism with the integration of the local community into the tourist itinerary. The guides’ concern is to keep the place preserved. Respect for the residents of the region. Weak point: experiencing firsthand the unwillingness of politicians to give the bare minimum in terms of health and infrastructure for the region’s population. Getting sick or having an accident in Jalapão can cost you your life or a limb. About the organization, I only have praise. All partners were great with us. Our guide, a special being, is always very concerned. He rushed to help us, knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the place and gave us lessons. We will certainly return, perhaps on another version of the tour, with even more adventures and in a less rainy season, although it did not disturb us at all, on the contrary, fewer people, and more tranquility. …read more read lessDate of Experience: December 15, 2023
