The Vale do Pati hike was amazing! It’s such a special landscape and the views are magical! Our guide was great, we laughed a lot together, he knows everything about the area, makes delightful lunches and guides you with pleasure, peace, and attunement! The house where we slept was good, with really very good food and a nice place to stay the nights, I would definitely recommend this tour! Thanks a lot to our guide :)) and Planeto Exo!

What an amazing experience in the Chapada Diamantina! Our 4-day trek was a highlight of our Brazilian travels: the landscapes, the remoteness, the food, the cool paths, the nature. Lucas designed an itinerary based on our requirements and our guide did an amazing job showing us around and telling us about nature/flowers/animals. Everything was smooth and well organized. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Me and my girlfriend did the 4-day hike through Vale do Pati with PlanetaEXO and the most amazing guide. An absolutely amazing experience and easily one of our favorite hikes in the world, and one that we would recommend to everyone coming to Brazil. Don’t go to Chapada Diamantina without trekking through Vale do Pati with our guide. He is super friendly and knowledgeable about the park – and extremely patient while we took a million photos at the amazing viewpoints and waterfalls. He even adjusted the tour to our physical condition and needs. Sometimes we would stay hours at the same viewpoint exploring and climbing around, while many other groups would leave after just 15 minutes. He timed everything so we would be all alone at most viewpoints, which was amazing. And did we mention the incredible picnic lunch he made every day? The homestays were simple and lovely, with amazing home-cooked buffet food every evening and morning. We miss passion fruit juice already. As for PlanetaEXO, the experience was 10/10 from beginning to end through swift communication on WhatsApp. We were provided with all the relevant information exactly when we needed it, and questions were answered within minutes. Thank you!

The three days in Vale do Pati was amazing. Fantastic guide, cozy accommodations with fellow travelers, and a lot of amazing hikes, viewpoints, waterfalls, caves, etc. The organization and help from PlanetaEXO before the trip were really great, so we felt completely ready for the trip when we started it.

I was looking for a physical challenge in beautiful nature – and this is exactly what I got. Thanks to Lucas, who was always very attentive, knowledgeable and calm, I was able to make the most out of the trip.

Amazing trek into the Chapada. Being in the middle of nowhere, meeting almost no one with no phone service for 3 days, it feels really nice !! The guide was incredible! Animal!!! ♥️ it was perfect!

The crossing to Pati was wonderful, a beautiful way to discover a very special part of Chapada Diamantina and Brazil. The guides made the experience even more incredible!

The company was excellent from the first contact with the team until the end of the tour with the guides. The guides not only showed full mastery of knowledge of the region and trekking but also proved to be excellent people who welcomed us and taught us in the best possible way, mixing the theoretical knowledge of the Pati Valley with the wisdom of only those who live in the area could transmit. We had an unforgettable 5-day trek across the amazing scenery of the Vale do Pati. Our guides had an almost unbelievable depth of knowledge about the entire park and obviously cared very deeply about the preservation and protection of the landscape. They both were incredible navigators and guides. The houses and food provided authentic and delicious stays, which really helped us appreciate the culture of living in the valley. The guides’ efforts in speaking to us in English meant so much, and actually, by day 3 we were able to have full conversations. I think they will only get better at English the more he is exposed to trekkers from outside of Brazil, but they are already a massive asset to PlanetExo!

Our 5 day trek was brilliant. The scenery was spectacular and the hospitality provided at each of the pousadas was great – kind hosts and very good food. There were brilliant guides and the group worked well together.

Both my wife and I had a fabulous time trekking in the vale de Pati… we thought that Planeta EXO were professional and everything worked like clockwork. The accommodation and food were superb, our guide was knowledgeable and considerate and nothing was too much trouble. In addition, the service provided Pre and post the trek was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending Planeta Exo to anybody who is looking for a company that not only gives back but also provides a first-class service.
