Resumen

El Parque Nacional de Anavilhanas protege más de 400 islas y es el segundo archipiélago fluvial más grande de Brasil. Frente al agua oscura del Rio Negro, dentro de ese escenario, está el Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge, uno de los mejores alojamientos de la selva amazónica y una puerta de entrada auténtica al corazón del bosque.

Aquí el confort es el punto de partida, no un extra. Duermes en chalets y bungalows cuidados al detalle y compartes áreas comunes que incluyen un restaurante à la carte, un bar flotante sobre el río, una sala de masajes, un gimnasio, un lounge, una tienda de souvenirs y dos piscinas con vistas al Rio Negro. Es un lodge en el Amazonas pensado para quien quiere la selva sin renunciar a la comodidad.

Las actividades guiadas son muchas y te hacen sentir un explorador de verdad: caminatas, canoa por el bosque inundado, salidas nocturnas para avistar fauna, clases de tiro con arco, pesca deportiva y visitas a comunidades ribereñas.   • Atención: este es un itinerario de 6 días a modo de ejemplo. El programa se arma a tu medida en el check-in, según tus preferencias, la disponibilidad y el clima. El lodge tiene solo 24 habitaciones, así que conviene reservar con bastante antelación.

Itinerario

Día 1

Llegada / Canoa por el bosque inundado (para llegadas de mañana)

  • Salida nocturnaFauna nocturna (aves, serpientes, perezosos, caimanes)

La estadía empieza en Manaos, cuando nuestro equipo te recoge en tu hotel entre las 8 y las 8:30 o en el aeropuerto (MAO) entre las 13 y las 14:30. Quien llega por la mañana arranca enseguida con una salida en canoa por el bosque inundado, a bordo de las tradicionales canoas caboclo, deslizándose sobre el agua quieta bajo árboles altísimos.

Después de instalarte, cenas en el restaurante à la carte metido en plena selva, donde los sabores amazónicos se cruzan con la técnica contemporánea. Al terminar, los guías expertos acompañan una salida nocturna para buscar a los animales que solo salen después del atardecer.

Día 2

Día completo en las Cuevas de Madadá

Se sale del lodge a las 8:30 para pasar un día completo en las Cuevas de Madadá. La lancha rápida te lleva más adentro del Amazonas y después se sigue a pie hasta formaciones rocosas que se estiman en 700 millones de años.

Al mediodía se almuerza en la Base Avanzada, un refugio apartado a 50 km del lodge, con un plato preparado por el chef. El regreso es alrededor de las 17:30, a tiempo para descansar antes de la cena.

Día 3

El despertador suena a las 5, porque la selva se despierta temprano: el barco remonta los ríos mientras el cielo se llena de color. Al final de la mañana visitas una comunidad ribereña, donde la vida gira en torno a la pesca, la agricultura a pequeña escala y la artesanía.

La tarde queda libre. Puedes pasarla en alguna de las piscinas o en el bar flotante sobre el Rio Negro.

Salida a las 8:30 para una expedición de día completo por el Rio Negro, a bordo de un barco amazónico tradicional. Se para a nadar en las playas de agua dulce del Parque Nacional de Anavilhanas y, durante el trayecto, conviene ir con los ojos abiertos: los delfines rosados del Amazonas pasan cerca a menudo, y también los grises.

El almuerzo es pescado a la brasa, preparado a bordo. El regreso al lodge es a última hora de la tarde.

Día 5

Caminata / Pesca deportiva / Tiro con arco

La caminata de la mañana, desde las 8 aproximadamente, atraviesa la selva de tierra firme y te pone delante de los árboles, las plantas y los animales de la jungla. Por la tarde toca pesca deportiva en los igarapés, detrás de las pirañas y de otras especies locales; cuando las aguas están bajas, en su lugar se recorre un sendero por el igapó, el bosque inundado.

También está el tiro con arco, con arcos y flechas tradicionales waimiri-atroari: una técnica indígena usada durante siglos.

Salida

El último desayuno en el lodge se toma con calma. La salida es a las 8 para quien tenga un vuelo antes de las 18:30, o bien a las 13:30. Quien sale por la tarde todavía tiene tiempo para un último paseo en canoa o para descansar en el lodge antes de las despedidas.
