Do you like listening to the sounds of the waves whilst saluting the sunrise with morning yoga? Are you the type that feels alive when mixing adventures with now full me-time?

Welcome to our carefully designed Yoga Retreat in Itacaré, Brazil. Focused on fun, we have 6 days of greatness planned for you, packed with love for your body, mind, and soul.

Located in southern Bahia, on a stretch of coast known as the Cacau Coast. On the banks of the Contas River, between the sea and the mountains covered by the Atlantic Forest, the small town of Itacaré is home to a treasure of natural beauty. There are beautiful unspoiled beaches, surprising rivers and waterfalls, and a lively community with plenty of joy inflow to be shared.

Day 1 :
Welcome to Itacaré

At home. That’s how your host will make you feel when welcoming.
Get settled before enjoying a private welcome dinner, but feel free to walk around and know the neighborhood. You are just a few steps away from the sand!

Day 2 :
Cacau Farm

We head for a full-day excursion to a Cacau farm where we start the day with a yoga class in a beautiful yoga studio overlooking the river and the Atlantic Rainforest.

We continue the day with a brief tour around the Cacau farm and make our own chocolate from fresh Cacau beans. After having enjoyed a vegetarian lunch at the farm we head to a lagoon hidden inside the rainforest for a refreshing swim.

To finish off this perfect day, we will participate in a Cacau Ceremony, an act that is considered to be heart-opening.

Day 3 :
Remote Paradise

Get your sneakers on because today we are making a proper hike through the jungle with the local “McGiver-ish” guide. The destination of the hike is nothing less than one of the most beautiful beaches in the region.

At this remote beach, we enjoy a yoga practice in front of the ocean, a delicious and fresh lunch on the beach followed by some beach-fun and relaxing.

Day 4 :
Drop-in

Today we head to the beach with the Surf School. In order to get to the beach, we hike through the dense Atlantic rainforest, passing by waterfalls and the rich biodiversity of tropical vegetation. In between the two surf sessions we will enjoy a delicious local snack called Tapioca and freshly picked coconuts.

Day 5 :
A day in the water

Today we take a boat along the river and head to a spectacular waterfall where we will have a swim and a picnic.

After spending some time in the Mangroves and the river we will enjoy a lunch in front of the ocean at Iemanja Beach Club followed by a very special activity: SUP Yoga (yes, Yoga on the water!).

.

Once we are done with yoga-ing we head to the beach where we will experience a dinner served on the beach that we will enjoy along sunset gazing, drinking wine, and listening to Bossa Nova.

Day 6 :
Farewell

We will enjoy a delicious brunch made and served with lots of love by the staff of Vila Barracuda before it is time for goodbye-hugging and email exchanging with new friends from all over the world.
