Prior to travelling, the information was great and rapid responses. The logistics during the trip was without any delays and easy to go from car -> boat -> car-> boat. The chosen Dolphin Lodge was excellent with really knowledgeable guides, good food and good locations/activities. We had a wonderful time. Thanks!

It was an incredible experience! Rild (our guide) was amazing, kept us safe the whole time and explained everything very thoroughly (also had a great sense of humor)! The lodge we stayed at (Turtle Lodge) was very clean and the food was good. Overall, nothing bad to add.

The landscape and trek was amazing! Were able to swim in only 4 lagunas as it was dry season! Great sunsets and stars! No tourists which made the place even more peaceful The guide knew the trail very well and was very helpful with everything! Unfortunately he spoke only Portuguese. Communication with Planetaexo was with WhatsApp and email…not always very clear.

Booking was easy and straightforward, staff is responsive and information comes quickly. I did the Roraima 10 day tour. The company which executed the tour was excellent compared to other agencies doing the same itineraries, I could observe this on a daily base. Will be back any time.

All in all, we had a great experience and I have recommended it to several of my friends. The wildlife was amazing, as we were superlucky, seeing all the great ones several times! And our guide was excellent, very competent, engaged and nice. The first accomodation was really nice, the last one not so good. Unfortunately did we miss horsebackriding due to thunderstorm, and we were not offered to take part of a car-bound safari (wich my husband was supposed to take). We have not recieved discount due to this. Also, we filled in the schemes that my soon had food allergy, and we were also asked what kind of food we liked. Non of this was taken into consideration during the safari, so a bit troublesome for my son.

Fantastic guide Daniel who also made very tastful lunches Basic lodges, good food, basic beds, basic showers, in the last lodge had a matras with a lot of mold.

One of the best and most meaningful experiences I've ever had in my life. The Pati journey was a five-day immersion in nature alongside company that was truly a meeting of destiny! I have no words to describe the breathtaking landscapes and the amazing curiosities that our guide Daniel showed us! Dani, you are the best, without a doubt! I have known Chapada for years, but I realize that I know nothing... Greatness is the right word to describe this place! I highly recommend Planet EXO, especially for solo travelers, as was my situation. I received all the necessary support and care. Once again, I highly recommend the guide Daniel. We had a great experience in Amazonas. The level of organization is really good, including Updates in WhatsApp and guides speaking good English or even some German. The transfer was all set without any waiting time for Bus or boat. The Turtle lodge was nice with good food and friendly staff and a variety of tours. Only thing that might be helpful on top for some travelers not returning to a Hotel in Manaus would be a option to store some luggage to not bring it all the way in Amazonas and back, but that is just for comfort, not limiting the experience at all.

We did the Vale do Pati hike for four days and it was wonderful. We were picked up, on time, by our hotel in Lencois by our excellent guide Daniel. He had lots of local knowledge and experience that he was happy to chat about. He could easily navigate the beautiful and complex national park we were hiking through. We had such a great time and would recommend this to anyone whose health allows it! Some days were tough, others quite chill, and overall we got to see the gorgeous nature, eat hearty meals and enjoy the disconnect of the park beautifully. The houses we stayed in were very cozy and perfect for getting a night's rest. Thank you Daniel and PlanetaEXO!
