Our Amazon trip with PlanetaExo was absolutely outstanding. Everything was extremely well organized from start to finish, and the communication throughout was excellent. We booked the 3-day experience with the comfort accommodation option, and it exceeded our expectations. Transportation was smooth and reliable, and the guides and all staff members were knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about the region. We were able to see an incredible variety of wildlife — dolphins, monkeys, sloths, birds, alligators, and even snakes. It was an unforgettable adventure, and we highly recommend PlanetaExo to anyone looking to experience the Amazon in a safe, comfortable, and immersive way.

Desiludidos com o apoio e acompanhamento Pouco acompanhamento ao longo da viagem. Logo no início houve coisas que falharam e reportámos mas não voltámos a ter nenhum contato, durante os restantes dias, para saber se a experiência estava a correr bem. O lodge é razoável, mas a comida não era muito boa. O ponto positivo foi aproveitarem as sobras para novos pratos. Mas só tinham água, nem água com gás havia. Os sumos tiveram todos de ser pagos à parte o que não faz sentido. deve haver mais do que uma hipótese de bebidas, incluídas no preço, que não é baixo. Houve refeições com pouca qualidade. Pouca diversidade na alimentação. No entanto, muita simpatia dos empregados. O ponto mais negativo da viagem foi o guia que nos foi atribuído. Não foi proativo, parecia que era ele que estava de férias. Tivemos contato com outro guia que teve uma postura completamente diferente de explicar tudo, interessar-se, ajudar. O nosso guia, para além da dificuldade de comunicação por motivos físicos (audição), pouco falou, não era entusiasmado e chegou a dizer coisas como ""se eu digo agora, amanhã não tenho nada para dizer"". O guia nativo foi muito mais simpático e sabia muito mais de tudo. O nosso guia Marcelo foi mesmo pouco cauteloso, não ajudou no transporte e só estava preocupado com o seu bem estar. Quando o transporte falhou nem uma água providenciou dizendo que não lhe dizia respeito. Ficámos muito desiludidos com o acompanhamento. Também não fizemos tudo o que estava no programa. Ou seja, vendem mais do que fazem e não explicam nem dão justificação. No geral, a experiência foi boa acima de tudo porque a Amazónia é muito bonita, mas para o que pagámos o serviço deveria ter sido com muito mais qualidade em todos os aspetos.

The four day jungle experience was incredible for our family. We loved the rustic and simple comfort of the Turtle Lodge. The food was amazing at every meal with options for all of our diets. The staff, especially Jonathan who served, answered questions, helped me with my poor Portuguese and all with such a good friendly manner. Our guide, Hermann and our boat man Ray provided interesting and accessible activities and we learned so much about life in the Amazon. Our ages ranged from 9-80 and Hermann made sure that everyone enjoyed the many activities. He engaged the children as well as teaching the adults. This was every bit as wonderful as it was described in the advertisement. I highly recommend everything about this excursion.

I planned a three night, 4 day trip to Jungle Lodge in the Pantanal. It all went well and I enjoyed my tour. My only criticism of the agency is regarding communications. Sometimes I had to wait very very many days to receive a response when booking. Jungle lodge itself helped me communicate with Planetexo to get details on my specific transfer to Bonito via Miranda. The lodge food and accommodations are good. There was some disorganization with activities. Overall an average experience.

While the posted itinerary varied somewhat from the actual experience, changes were made for the better, including having a dinner and lunch with local people which was very special. Kayaking (10km) and hiking, or more like walking (max 4km on one route and not sure of the shorter route's length) were my top activities; biking was fine but there are no real trails to go on and instead we biked on dirt roads and the highway for a bit (little traffic) - still wonderful to be biking on Amazonian terrain but can't do much about the fact that they are dirt roads; we decided against biking on day 2. Dipping in small rivers, streams and under waterfalls was super particularly given the humidity and heat. The guide's care and attentiveness to my needs was very good and he was excited about what we were seeing; his explanations of local geography and culture were very interesting. The quality of the truck that we used was lacking (headlights weren't working except in bright mode) and I wonder if it would have passed an overall safety test - something that needs attention. Not sure if there was a basic first aid kit on hand (I should have asked!) and we could have used a bike tool while biking, latter two matters are easy to address.

What an excellent trip in Pati Valley! What made it so fantastic was our superb guide Daniel! He made our trip a very memorable one with his enthusiasm, friendliness and expansive knowledge The homestays were wonderful and the trip was a great mixture of some challenging walks, fabulous scenery, friendship and wonderful local food We will recommend this trip to our friends as it was a true highlight of our trip to Brazil! Thank you!

I did the 3-day jungle tour staying at Dolphin Lodge and it was excellent. The transport from Manaus all worked very smoothly. The activities at Dolphin Lodge were great and Dodo was a fun and knowledgeable guide. The food was good and the hut was comfortable. Thank you also to Elisama for the excellent planning and communication and Eduardo for the friendly welcome in Manaus. Highly recommended!

Na globalidade a experiência foi incrível, o local era muito bonito e com muito conforto, o guia nativo foi maravilhoso, muito prestável e muito cuidadoso com o grupo, tendo-nos mostrado coisas maravilhosas do território e as atividades também foram muito interessantes. A equipa do lodge também era muito simpática e prestável! A equipa do Planet Exo, especialmente a Elisama, também foi muito prestável e foi um excelente apoio no processo de compra da experiência. A única coisa que considerei menos boa foi a prestação do outro Guia que nos acompanhou desde manaus, porque não era muito comunicativo nem proativo, o que foi complicado sobretudo no início da viagem porque não nos dava a informação necessária para percebermos as etapas da viagem, demonstrou não conhecer bem o que estava previsto no programa e não era tão prestável. As coisas com ele acabaram por melhorar e ele revelou-se uma pessoa simpática e acolhedora, mas sempre muito pouco proativo, o que felizmente foi compensado pelo excelente apoio do Guia nativo.
