Hello, First of all, I would like to say that I booked the trip with the help of Beatriz. Communication was perfect and Beatriz was very patient as I asked her for several quotes. She followed our trio day by day, which was really reassuring. Regarding the transfers: the drivers were always on time, drove safely, were friendly, and the 4x4 vehicles were comfortable. Regarding the excursions: In Barreirinhas, discovering the Lençóis with Yann was incredible (he spoke English, which made communication easier). The private trip up the river to Atins was really great. It's a shame that the guide didn't speak a word of English, but he was very attentive. Discovering the Parnaiba Delta was incredible thanks to our guide Renato, who spoke five languages. He was interested in us and helped us discover the wildlife. As for Jeri, the day in the buggy was fun. We asked our driver to take us to a deserted beach rather than a beach club, and he found one. In short, everything was perfect. My girlfriend and I completed a 4-day trek in the lençóis maranhenses. It was absolutely a magical experience. It is hard to put into words how incredible it was, from being picked up the first day, driving through the sunrise, hiking the following 4 days, getting to stay in the local communities, eating the local food, making new friends, experiencing the most incredible views I’ve ever seen, and most important of all, our tour guide. Laercio was the kindest and most fun soul. We are so lucky to have been with him. He was very kind in trying to speak English when he could, he was very knowledgeable about the biology, and so fun to be around. He always had snacks and a big smile. We loved him! PlanetaEXO also made the experience a 10/10. Beatriz was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions fast and clear. We also had a flight cancellation that made us miss our initial trek, but she immediately gave us a new trek a few days later and it was arranged perfectly. We had a fantastic experience. We saw so many different animals. It was amazing. Altogether we made 6 safaris. 2 by car, 2 walking safaris and 2 by boat. We had a fantastic guide who knows everything about the animals and landscape.
