Communication was perfect and Beatriz was very patient as I asked her for several quotes.\r\nShe followed our trio day by day, which was really reassuring.\r\nRegarding the transfers: the drivers were always on time, drove safely, were friendly, and the 4x4 vehicles were comfortable.\r\nRegarding the excursions: In Barreirinhas, discovering the Len\u00e7\u00f3is with Yann was incredible (he spoke English, which made communication easier). The private trip up the river to Atins was really great. It's a shame that the guide didn't speak a word of English, but he was very attentive. Discovering the Parnaiba Delta was incredible thanks to our guide Renato, who spoke five languages. He was interested in us and helped us discover the wildlife. As for Jeri, the day in the buggy was fun. We asked our driver to take us to a deserted beach rather than a beach club, and he found one.\r\nIn short, everything was perfect.
