We booked 3 nights Pantanal and 3 nights Amazon with PlanetaEXO. The website is very clear, with extra articles about the areas etc. Beatriz helped us great with finding the best trips within our budget. We didn’t book the most expensive trip, and we have the idea that it couldn’t be better. It turned out to be wonderfull. The organisation and follow-up by the team via Whatsapp where very good so we felt really safe. We will definitely recommend this to other people.

Excellent organisation and friendly service throughout. Whenever we had questions, they were promptly answered in English. The Amazon experience was outstanding and the excursions from relaxing and tranquil to highly adventurous. Just the way we like it!

We booked two tours with PlanetaEXO, one in the Amazon and one in Pantanal. The one in Amazon was quite bad, the guide did not communicate very well, and they also burned plastic, which we very much disliked. The one in Pantanal was great, we saw a lot of animals, the guide was communicative and he took care of a lot of things, and you could clearly see that he cared about our well-being and enjoyment.

I would like to share my amazing experience with PlanetaEXO! I can't even put on words an incredible opportunity to travel with them on the 5 days trekking through Lençóis Maranhenses! All the time I felt that attention and support provided by the team via chat or phone. I want to also congratulate on the choice of the guides (special thanks to our amazing guide Kaverinha!) Support before and after the trek was great, invluding answers to my many questions, pdf-guide, do&don’ts+what to bring. our guide was an excellent mixture between fun and deep understanding of the lençois and its inhabitants. I would absolutely reccomend this experience with exo + our guide IG

It was a great experience staying in the jungle of the amazon, our guide Mr Hermann was perfect, we saw many animals etc, the Turtle Lodge was really nice, had a wooden bungalow with big terrace with view to the water, so we could listen to the sounds of the night - wonderful !

I was a bit late with my planning, but the contact with PlanetaExo went really smooth. They planned the trip for me really fast and I was good to go the next day :). Beatriz helped me a lot in this and was always very fast in responding to my questions. The tour was also great: the lodge, the animals and the food we got. Overall superb experience!
