Excellent place, withh great food and different activities, friendly staff. The swimming pool was important for cooling down during the day. We saw several species of wildlife (giant anteater, capybaras, macaws, toucans, lowland tapir, among others). I highly recommend.

We booked the 4D/3N Southern Pantanal trip and had an amazing time. Planeta Exo helped us in the months before to fit the tour into a long trip across South America.
They kindly helped postpone it by a week, last minute, when we got delayed elsewhere.
Communication was great, and the tour was even better.
The accommodation was very comfortable, with an incredible amount of animals on its doorstep. Our guide was lovely, very clear and informative. He helped us get the best out of the experience, and we had a lovely time throughout.

We booked the Pantanal Wildlife Trip from Campo Grande and spent 3 nights at the lodge. It was nice working with the PlanetEXO staff to plan this trip, especially as they did all of the booking and communicating with the lodge in advance. We are from the United States and speak very little Portuguese so we also had an English speaking guide join us. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and enjoyable to spend time with. He worked closely with the staff to help us see and experience as much wildlife as we could on our short trip. We were not disappointed and saw many, many animals!

We loved our 4 day excursion in the Pantanal arranged through PlanetaExo! The booking process was easy and they make sure we felt supported in any questions that we had.

Our guide, was fantastic. Super kind, knowledgeable and fun! The stay and the included excursions were very enjoyable. So much wildlife close to the lodge. The food was also very good and we loved the pace of the itinerary.

We spent 4 days and the stay was very pleasant.
The main highlight is the staff who, besides being extremely qualified, are super attentive, the guides who do the tours are great, the reception is very helpful and the person in charge of the caipirinha is a super fun figure. The room is basic but very clean and pleasant.
The food was delicious and there was a variety on the menu every day.
Anyway, everything was very organized
It’s worth getting to know a bit of the Pantanal in this refuge.

Totally recommended, we were very well in the ascienda, the food and the attention of the staff was very good, that added to the tranquility of the place in which you can already enjoy and observe many animals. The excursions with our guide were very informative and fun, in which we could see several animals and appreciate beautiful postcards of the Pantanal. Without a doubt an experience to repeat.

It was wonderful! Very comfortable, cozy, the care taken with the farm …I was in paradise. The home-cooked food is very tasty, the meals include rice, beans, salads, a side dish and two types of meat, as well as dessert…., all surrounded by exuberant nature.
