Budget Jaguar Safari
Did a 4 day pantanal safari and everything was good. Working with PlanetaEXO and Beatriz was really easy; rapid replies, flexible, straight answers. Besides the wildlife, I really enjoyed the Pouso Alegre Lodge. I would book again with them.

All in all a great experience
All in all, we had a great experience and I have recommended it to several of my friends.
The wildlife was amazing, as we were superlucky, seeing all the great ones several times! And our guide was excellent, very competent, engaged and nice.
The first accomodation was really nice, the last one not so good.
Unfortunately did we miss horsebackriding due to thunderstorm, and we were not offered to take part of a car-bound safari (wich my husband was supposed to take). We have not recieved discount due to this.

Also, we filled in the schemes that my soon had food allergy, and we were also asked what kind of food we liked. Non of this was taken into consideration during the safari, so a bit troublesome for my son.

Pantanal tour
I was a bit late with my planning, but the contact with PlanetaExo went really smooth. They planned the trip for me really fast and I was good to go the next day :). Beatriz helped me a lot in this and was always very fast in responding to my questions. The tour was also great: the lodge, the animals and the food we got. Overall superb experience! Would definitely recommend it!

The safaris were great
Fernando as a guide was excellent and very flexible and listening to our demands
But the pousadas in the Pantanal where very rudimentary for us
We would have liked to be more advised about it even if more confortable Pousada are more expensive

We had a fantastic experience
We had a fantastic experience. We saw so many different animals. It was amazing. Altogether we made 6 safaris. 2 by car, 2 walking safaris and 2 by boat. We had a fantastic guide who knows everything about the animals and landscape.

Very comfortable accommodation
Really comfortable accommodation given the setting which exceeded expectations for a shared dorm. The meals at the lodge are excellent with a great variety of food at the buffets. All the staff are very friendly and the guide Rodrigo was very good and had a lot of knowledge to share. The activities are a bit hit and miss, personally think I would prefer more focus on finding animals rather than the horse riding and floatation but otherwise a good stay at a very affordable price.

A great way to experience Pantanal.
Incredible tour! We had many wonderful experiences, including horseback riding, kayaking, piranha fishing, hiking, birdwatching, and night boat tours on the river. We missed seeing the elusive jaguar this time, but we definitely plan to return in the future. The staff and facilities were excellent, as was the food. A big shoutout to our guides who were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. Highly recommended! 5 stars!

Pantanal experience
It was 5 incredible days of travel without any issues. All activities and transportation were extremely well planned, and the service exceeded our expectations in terms of adaptability and attentiveness to the client. After extensive research online, the price for these 5 days was by far the best on the market—I highly recommend it! The professionalism was outstanding, and everyone knows that a company with a good manager never disappoints—10 out of 10!

It was an amazing trip to Pantanal. The service I received was exceptional—always attentive, quick to respond via WhatsApp and email. With great dedication, my needs for transfers and tours were fully met, and I was offered a personalized package at the best price, with excellent payment conditions and ongoing assistance throughout the trip to ensure everything was perfect. I had the best customer service experience with a travel operator out of all the trips I’ve taken. In Pantanal, there were activities all day long. I was lucky enough to see a jaguar up close twice on different tours, in addition to many other animals like the ocelot, giant river otter, and anteater—everything was fascinating! I highly recommend this service to anyone wanting quality support while being in nature and admiring animals in their natural habitat.
