Basic lodges, good food, basic beds, basic showers, in the last lodge had a matras with a lot of mold.

Incredible Experience
One of the best and most meaningful experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The Pati journey was a five-day immersion in nature alongside company that was truly a meeting of destiny! I have no words to describe the breathtaking landscapes and the amazing curiosities that our guide Daniel showed us! Dani, you are the best, without a doubt! I have known Chapada for years, but I realize that I know nothing… Greatness is the right word to describe this place!

I highly recommend Planet EXO, especially for solo travelers, as was my situation. I received all the necessary support and care. Once again, I highly recommend the guide Daniel. He knows how to do his job like no one else, in addition to being incomparable company.

Unforgettable Days in Vale do Pati – Nature, Tranquility, and Pure Delight!
If you have the chance, take it!

We had an amazing time in the Vale. We really noticed our guide Daniel’s passion and enthusiasm for nature. The hikes were varied, sometimes long, sometimes steep, sometimes easy-going, but always fantastic and never “too much”.
PlanetEXO provided the most wonderful accommodations. We often felt like we were alone in this beautiful environment.
And the food was so incredibly delicious!

We had the best time. Thanks for everything.

5 Day Trekking in the Vale do Pati
My 5 day trek through the Vale do Pati was nothing short of incredible. It can be a challenging journey, but the sights are absolutely amazing.

Planet EXO was extremely helpful from the very start, and they ensured that I was properly prepared to take on this challenge.

Our guide was friendly, funny, and memorable. He showed us many sights, animals, plants, and features that travelers often overlook.

Accommodations are run by local families, and you really feel integrated into the local culture. The food served is delicious and gives you the energy to power through the trail.

I can’t recommend this tour enough. It gave me a much needed break from my day-to-day routine and allowed me to reconnect with nature.

Vale do Pati 5 dias
Great trip, excellent guide, stunning scenery and tremendous effort. The rain made it a little difficult, but nothing that would take away the desire to return.

Pati Valley Crossing - 5 days
The guides are excellent, the crossing is challenging, the locals are very welcoming, and the beauty of the valley is something that compensates for all the effort and fatigue.

How do you describe the Chapada Diamantina trek? Five days of pure magic: mountains, caves, waterfalls, stunning landscapes – you name it. And what really makes the difference is the personal approach: 1. You stay at locals' homes. Cozy rooms, delicious home-cooked food, juicy fruits (please can I get those mango juices again? ). It felt like family. 2. The guides. Our guide was simply amazing. He knows everything about the flora and fauna of the area, he is very knowledgeable and attentive to details (especially when related to preserving the biodiversity of the place!) Last but not least, he even helped me with my Portuguese! Chapada Diamantina isn't just a trek; it's a connection with Brazil's essence. It's the kind of adventure that leaves you with not just memories but a feeling that you've truly lived and experienced the country, and not just been a tourist! I could not recommend it more! (Actually I am definitely planning to book the trip to Amazon with PlanetaEXO very soon! ) Obrigada e até logo!

Great experience and incredible nature!
The experience was so great in many different ways! The nature is incredible. But everything else the trip offered made us able to enjoy it the fullest. Great guide that knew the paths, difficult parts, but also informed us about the plants and environment, the history of the reserve. The stay in the houses was comfortable, the food was great. I would highly recommend this trip.
