Amazing experience with the family. Juma lodge is situated far into the Juma river, just under three hours from Manaus with boat, van and boat again. The trip into the Amazon itself is an adventure, and Juma lodge provided for everything. Really professional and safe. At Juma, they have 17 bungalows on stilts, with stilted walkways in between. You walk in the ‘’air’’, and pending on the season there is water up to the walkways. The river can differentiate 15 m in height based on the season. In January, the water was low but still a very beautiful place. The swimming pool is just amazing, a must experience. Our english speaking guide, Nelson, is absolutely fantastic. He learned us alot, and he really was amazing with the kids. All the activities was great, and we found alot of animals together with Nelson. This is definitely the best lodge, and I cannot recommend it enough. We are Norwegians, and have lived in Beazil for two years. If coming back to Amazon, we will for sure stay here again. Food was also 10/10.

We were at the Juma Lodge from 12 to 15 October and were welcomed by your guide. We wanted to leave here a thank you for the experience he provided us despite the fires, storm and the dry season Leon managed to adapt the program so that it was possible to do the activities planned. In addition, he was also able to pass all the explanations in Portuguese and English since the group had several nationalities besides Portuguese and Brazilian. Although it was not possible to see all the diversity of fauna of the Amazon, we managed with the expertise of Leon to see monkeys, birds, porpoises, among others. We were looking forward to return to the Juma Lodge during the flood season. We appreciate the ability of the guide to adapt the characteristics of the group and the friendliness and care of our boatman.

The show starts by the river pool, is huge and has a bar plus super comfortable loungers. The hotel as a whole has a very tasteful decor and is very well maintained. Staff always concerned with the welfare of guests.
The restaurant serves in 3 meals very well prepared and delicious typical dishes.
The rooms are very comfortable, with Trussardi’s trousseau.
The tours are very good and organized. I had the chance to be attended by a guide of indigenous origin, who gave us lessons on life in the jungle. The guide shared much of their knowledge and organized the tours in a way that we had the best possible benefit.
Once you enter the Juma do not need to worry about anything because the team does everything so that you relax and enjoy each moment.

The hotel is wonderful in every way: chalets, walkways, location, natural beauty, guides, gastronomy. The river pool is a very rich detail. The porpoises swim in front of the hotel. All activities enrich and aggregate. Stayed 5 nights and could enjoy everything. Even slept in the jungle, in a hammock. The stay is well complemented with a rest at Juma Opera. Recommend. Our country is beautiful!

Indescribable experience, facilities, environment, service, food, all planned so that you can enjoy the beauty of the Amazon.
We chose a 3-night, 4-day package that includes activities in the river and forest, led by the experienced guide, who didatically transmits his knowledge of local flora and fauna.
Sugestao: allow children from a certain age, 3 or 4 years. During our stay, there was a group with baby of 2 months, which caused discomfort and concern on the part of the guests and the guide, during the tours, no matter how experienced the guide is, there are inherent risks and unpredictable to the visited places (forest and river).

PERFECT experience at Juma Amazon Lodge! Very comfortable rooms, impeccable food (we are vegetarian, and he made amazing dishes). Itinerary of 3 nights and 4 days was perfect, we had a lot of fun. The structure of the hotel is excellent, and the pool with filtered water from the river Juma is a spectacle apart.

Our dear guide has deep knowledge about the Amazon and shared with us unforgettable learnings! The whole team at Juma strives to make your experience the best possible! Thank all of you for all the care we have taken. Thank you to the team of the restaurant, and super chef.

Ahhh the hotel is wonderful, the staff are very friendly, the connection with nature is excellent, and the food is amazing. Come on, I only didn’t give five stars because I had an excellent guide, including one who was Indigenous, very knowledgeable about the topics, and a really nice person. However, during the trip, the guide made their preferences very clear, giving privileges to certain people. Since we are all clients and paying customers, I just think we should be treated equally. It lacked professionalism. But anyway, it’s very worth it!
